Very similar to Enthephippion borellii from the northwest. Lateral lobes of pronotum obliquely truncate, abdomen with somewhat darker median stripe (not black), ovipositor more robust. Active day and night. Herbaceous vegetation at forest edges. Total length 30 mm.
