Observations
The type material was deposited in the collection of the National Museum of Rio de Janeiro (MNRJ) so it is presumed that it was lost as a result of the fire that occurred in 2018. This species is known from Misiones (Monte, 1943) and Salta (Guilbert & Montemayor, 2010) provinces. In the original description the species is illustrated (Monte, 1943). There is no further information regarding its biology or host plants.
