Type material deposited in La Plata Museo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
On Gleditsia triacanthos L. (Fabaceae), Acacia caven (Mol.) Molina (Mimosaceae), Cestrum pseudoquina Mart., and Solanum bonariensis L. (Solanaceae) (Barcellos et al. 2015); and in A. gratissima (Gillies and Hook) (Verbenaceae), S. terebinthifolia Raddi (Anacardiaceae), Scutia sp. Brongn (Rhamnaceae), Citrus sp. L. (Rutaceae) and in a
nest of Anumbius annumbi (Vieillot) (Aves: Furnariidae), was also found in diapause (via label) (Schmitz et al. 2025).
