Also konwn from Brazil (Carvalho et al. 1983), Ecuador (Carvalho et al. 1983), Paraguay (Carvalho et al. 1983), Peru (Carvalho et al. 1983) and Venezuela (Carvalho et al. 1983).
 
Male Holotype and some Paratypes deposited at Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History (Carvalho et al. 1983). Other Paratypes deposited at Museo de Historia Natural y Antropologia de Rio de Janeiro and American Museum of Natural History (Carvalho et al. 1983).
One specimen collected predating on Heliothis virescens larva, commonly known as the "tobacco budworm" (Carvalho et al. 1983).
