Also known from Bolivia, Brazil, and Paraguay (Melo & Coscarón 2004). The record from Galápagos Is. is doubtful.
 
  • Harpactor nigroannulatus Stål 1860
This species was found in a cave of rodents with three dead and two alive nymphs of Triatoma rubrovaria in El Palmar, Entre Ríos province (Carpintero 1981).
Specimens of this species were collected on Acacia caven Molina (Leguminosae) in Corrientes province; and on Nicotiana tabacum Linné (Solanaceae) in Misiones province (Melo & Coscarón 2004).
Also found in nests of Furnarius rufus (Furnariidae) in Argentina (Turienzo & Di Iorio 2010).
