Besides the type material and two nymphs V mentioned in the original description (Drake, 1948) there are no more specimens known. There is no reference to the locality where the species was collected as in the original description it is mentioned “Río Santa Cruz, Patagonia, Argentina” though it is clear that it belongs to the Santa Cruz province. This is the most austral record of the family in Argentina.
